Ingredients Required:
Carrot: 2 nos.
Potatoes: 2 nos
Beans: 10 nos
Peas: 150gms
Simla Chilli: 100 gms
Cauliflower: 1
Onion: 1
Tomato: 1
Poppy seeds: 3 spoons
Pungent Powder: 2 spoons
Garlic: 2 pieces
Ginger: a little
Turmeric Powder: 1 pinch
Cumin Seeds Powder: 1/2 spoon
Garam masala Powder: 1 spoon
sugar: 1/2 spoon
dry grated coconut: 1 fist
coriander leaf: a little
curry leaf: a little
mustard: 1 spoon
cumin: 1/2 spoon
Ghee: 4 spoons
Oil: a little
Salt: according to your taste.
Method of Preparation:
First wash all the vegetables in water. then cut onion and tomato into very small pieces. put cumin seeds, garlic ginger, pungent powder. cut tomato and onion into small pieces and grate the dry coconut and put in a mixie and grind the same well. then except simla chilli, put all the vegetables you have cut and bake the same. cut simla chilli into narrow lengthy pieces.
pour some oil in a frying pan along with ghee and keep the same on the stove. then heat the oil and put mustard. after it bursting add cumin seeds, curry leaf. then put the cut simla chilli and fry. after it baked add the masala, salt, gram masala powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, sugar and mix every thing well. at the end put the baked vegetables and hot water and boil the same. in the end cut the coriander leaves and sprinkle on this. now vegetable curry is ready. it will be very tasty to eat with chapapthy.
