Tuvar Dhal Rasam

Ingredients Required:

tuvar dhal: 150 gms

tamarind: one lemon size

coriander leaves: a little

curry leaf: a little

ground nut oil: 1 tea spoon

musturd: 1/2 tea spoon

asafoetida: a little

rasam powder: 2 spoon

salt: 1/2 spoon

Method of Preparation:

bake tuvadhal in 3 litres of water ( when it is baking, soak tamarind in warm water). then after boiling the tuvar dhal collect reciep of upper portion and add chilli powder, salt, squeezed juice of tamarind and boil the same. after the same is boiled well, add a little coriander leaves. season the same in oil with mustard, asafoetida and curry leaf.
