Ingredients:
Rice-2cups
Boiled rice-1cup
black gram dhal-1/4 cup
Rice flakes-1/4 cup
maida-1 table spoon
Sugar-2 table spoons
Soda powder-1/2 tea spoon
Fenugreek seeds-1 tablespoon
Method:
Soak rice and dhal’s ,fenugreek and grind well to the smooth batter at the last mix maida with water and add to the batter. Allow the batter to ferment over night , Morning add soda powder and salt to the batter, pour a laddle full of batter on the pan spread the dosa pour a table spoon of oil over it and roast in low flame and serve hot soft dosa with coconut chutney.
