sago –1 cup
onions-2
ground nuts-1/4 cup
lemon-1/2
green chillies-5
oil-3-4 table spoons
turmeric-1/2 tea spoon
salt –to taste
Method:
Wash sago and drain all water keep sprinkling water to sago 15 minutes once do this for 2-3 hours.
Roast ground nuts and peel the skin powder them keep aside.
In a pan take oil add chopped onions to it fry till they are half done now add the ground nut powder , water sprinkled sago closing the lid cook in low flame keep mixing in the middle so that it does not stick the pan so better you prepare a non stick bottom pan or heavy bottomed pan ,continue steam cooking till the sago turn transparent like glass ball then add all the ingredients and mix well serve hot with coriander on the top.
Note:Always the sago must be old if they are new the all the sago will mix up while cooking and form a sticky ball.
While cooking if it sticks more to the pan it seems that oil is less add some oil to it.Even the ground nuts powder leaves out oil on frying.
