Ingredients Required:
ridge gourd: 2 nos.
coconut: 1/2
green chilli: 5
tamarind: marble size
salt: according to your taste
mustard: 1 spon
oil: 1 spoon
asafoetida: a pinch
Method of Preparation:
wash and peel the ridge of the ridge gourd nicely and cut into vey small pieces. ad grated coconut, green chilli, salt, tamarind, and grind all them well. season in oil, with mustard, and asafoetida.
onion chutney can be prepared in the same way. you have to fry the onion in the oil. you can prepare brinjal chutney also in the same manner.
