Ingredients:
Rice flour –2 cups
Water-3 cups
Oil-3 table spoon
Salt to taste
Method:
Take water in a vessel keep for boiling and when they start boiling add oil and salt, slowly stirring with a ladle add the rice flour and mix with out forming lumps mix quickly later spread in a broad vessel and knead soft suitable to roll out into chapatti’s if necessary take some water to knead.
Now sprinkling rice flour roll out into chapatti’s with help of rolling bin roast both the sides pouring oil for frying serve hot with poppu or any kurma or dry coconut chutney .
