Ingredients:
Rice flour-2 cups
Fresh scrapped coconut-1/2 cup
Green chillies-8
Cumin seeds-1 table spoon
Curry and coriander leaves-little
Bengal gram dhal-1 table spoon
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry.
Method:
Mix all the ingredients and mix the dough with water tightly suitable to press the vadappi’s be sure that you mix the dough just before you prepare the vadappi’s. press the vadappi’s and dep fry hot oil and serve hot. With dry coconut chutny and curds in a cup .
This dough must be little tight else the vadappi will hold oil.
For vadappi’s curry leaves , coriander leaves must be chopped and used in mixing the dough.
