Ingredients:
Boiled rice-1 cup
Red gram dhal-1 cup
Coriander seeds-2 table spoon
Red chilies-15
Salt to taste
Onions-finely chopped 4
Coriander leaves
Fresh coconut-1cup
Method: Soak boiled rice and dhal separately for 5-6 hours and grind coarsely.
Powder coriander seeds and red chilies in the mixie.
Next day morning add all the other ingredients to the batter and mix the dough suitable to press with hands press on the pan using oil for frying roast both the sides and serve hot.
