Ingredients:
Chiroti rawa- 2 cups
Salt to taste
Oil-4 table spoon
Rice flour to knead
Method:
Keep 3 cups of water to boil, add oil and salt to it keep for boiling,when the water starts boiling remove from fire add rawa slowly take other’s assistance mix rawa slowly without forming lumps and keep aside to cool, knead well and make equal sized balls and knead out them like chapatti and roast on a tawa using oil for frying serve with any curry or gojju or kurma.
