Ingredients Required:
Raw plantian: 2 nos.
Coconut: 1/2
salt: as per your taste
tamarind: a small piece
mustard: 1 spoon
oil: 4 spoons
curry leaf: 2 strings
Method of Preparation:
peal off the skin of the raw plantain and cut them into small pieces. afterwards pour water in a vessel and add tamarind water and bake the raw plantains. after plantain is baked drain off the water, add salt, and the grated coconut and mix the same well. then season it with mustard, curry leaf in oil.
