Ingredients Required:
cauliflower: 1/4 kg
potatoes: 1/4 kg
green chilli: 4 nos.
asafoetida: 1 pinch
garam masala powder: 2 spoons
cumin seeds: 1 spoon
oil: to fry
salt: according to the required taste
coriander leaves: a little
Method of Preparation:
first put cauliflower in water and then pluck the flower into bits. wash the potatoes well and peal the skin with the help of peeler and cut it into lengthy pieces. then pour some oil in a frying pan and keep the same on the stove. after the oil is heated up well.fry the potato pieces. then keep the same in a vessel separately.
put 2 spoons of oil in a frying pan and keep on the stove. after the oil is heated well add asafoetida, cumin seeds, cut green chillies and fry it. then put cauliflower and fry the same for some time. afterwards put the fried potatoes in a pan, add salt sprinkle water and close the vessel with a lid and bake the same on a simmering flame. in the end add garam masala powder and also cut coriander pieces. it will be nice to eat the same with chapathy.
