Ingredients Required:
Capsicum: 2
Potatoes: 1/4 kg
green chilli: 4 nos.
asafoetida: 1 pinch
garam masala powder: 2 spoons
cumin seeds: 1 spoon
oil: to fry
salt: as per your taste
coriander leaves: a little
Method of Preparation:
first of all wash the potatoes well and peal the husk off with the help of the peeler and cut it into lengthwise pieces. then pour some oil into a frying pan and keep on the stove. after the oil is heated well, pull the cut potato pieces and put it in a vessel and fry the same and keep separately in a vessel.
wash the capsicum well and cut it into lengthwise pieces. put 2 spoons of oil in a frying pan and keep the same on the stove. after the oil is heated up well.put asafoetida, cumin seed, cut green chillies and fry it. then add cauliflower pieces and fry for some time. then add the fried potatoes and salt to the frying pan and sprinkle water and close the vessel with a lid and bake it on a simmering flame. in the end add garam masala powder and nicely cut coriander leaves. it will be a nice side dish to eat with chapathy.
