METHI PAROTA

Ingredients:
Wheat flour -1/2 kg
FENUGREEK LEAVES-1bunch
Red chilli powder -2 table spoon
Cumin seeds powder-1 table spoon
Salt -to taste
oil-3 table spoon
Method:
Mix all the ingredients  to the dough using water prepare a tight dough it  must be mixed just 10 minutes before preparing the parotas. Make even sized balls and knead them into parotas  using rice flour to knead fry on tawa with oil and serve hot.
