mango sambar

Ingredients Required:

mango fruits –3to4nos

Tuvar dhal –50gms

Tamarind-a lemon size

pungent powder-2spoons

salt –accroding to your taste

mustard –for seasoning

sugar-2spoons

oil-2spoons

Method of preparation:

remove the husk of mango fruits ,boil the inside fruit in water and keep it down .Bake the Tuvardhal and add the same to the boiled mango fruit,squeezeboth well .Then put both on the stove and boil the same well.Afterwards add salt ,chilli powder,jaggery or sugar ,tamarind juice and then season the same with mustard in oil.
