Ingredients:
Jowar flour (telugulo deni jonna pindi ) –2 cups
Salt to taste
Method:
Jowar flour should be fresh too many days flour will spoil the rotti.
Take flour in a broad vessel mix salt with it and add boiling water for mixing the dough knead well.
Using the dry jowar flour sprinkling the flour press with hands to form chapatti or knead using rolling pin to roll out.
After pressing put on the chapatti tawa apply water on the top side and when one side is roasted, roast both sides.
Serve hot with brinjal curry are any of the curry.
Oil must not be used to roast the roti it is completely oil free and healthy.
