Ingredients:
Black gram dhal 3/4 cup
Idly rawa-2 cups
Thick Rice flakes-2 hands full
Salt to taste
Cooking soda-1/2 tea spoon
Method: Sock Bengal gram dhal and rice flakes for 5-6 hours separately and grind the dhal to paste in mixie or grinder.Wash the rawa and mix it with the dhal batter mix well both and allow it to ferment over night next day morning mix salt,soda powder to the batter and pour the idli’s. Grease oil to the stand before you pour idli’s to the stand steam for 15-20 minutes and then remove,serve hot with fresh coconut chutney and sambar.
