Cauliflower 65

Ingredients:

  1. Cauliflower – one medium size flower(cut into small pieces)
  2. Maida – 10 table spoons
  3. Rice flour( or) Corn flour  – 10 tea  spoons
  4. Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tea spoon
  5. Coriander leaves –  small bunch ( cut into small pieces)
  6. Curry leaves – 15 leaves (cut into small pieces)
  7. Salt – as per taste
  8. Red chillie paste -1  table spoon
  9. Green chillies –  3  ( cut it into big pieces)
  10. Black Pepper powder – 1/2 table spoon
  11. Water – as required

Method  of preparation:

  1. Before preparing the ingredients, take boiling water and keep the cauliflower pieces for about 5 min. This will not only soften the cauliflower, but also keep the small worms(if any) out.
  2. Now fry the Cauliflower slightly in oil and keep it aside.
  3. Take bowl and mix the other ingredients (Flour, Maida, Ginger garlic Paste, Coriander leaves, red chilli paste, green chillies, pepper powder and salt).
  4. Add water to make the thick dough
  5. Now add the cauliflower and mix thoroughly.
  6. Deep fry the Cauliflower now in oil ( this must be done twice with a gap of about 10 min). this will give crispiness to the cauliflower.
  7. Add the curry leaves and fried green chilli to this.
  8. Serve with tomato sauce.
