Butter Milk Sambar

Ingredients Required:

coconut: 1/2

green chilli: 10 nos

cucumber: 1

thick curds: 1 liter

beaten bengal gram: a little

coriander leaves: a little

mustard: 1 spoon

salt: as per your taste

Method of Preparation:

grind grated coconut, green chillies, coriander leaves, and roasted beaten bengal gram in a grinding stone. cut the cucumber, put the same in a vessel, add some oil, put mustard and burst the same. add the grinded mixture with some cucumber pieces and when the same is half-boiled add some curds.
