Ingredients:
Rice -1/2 kg
Fresh curd-1/2litre
Water 2 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Method: Soak rice over night drain the water completely and spread the rice over a bed sheet or towel for 2 hours when they dry little do dry grinding in the mixie sieve the flour and take 1 cup in rawa consistency and other in fine flour.
In a vessel take 2 1/2 cups of water keep for boiling when the water reaches boiling point add the rawa slowly mix till it thickens and remove from fire allow to cool later mix the remaining flour,curds with forming lumps,allow to ferment whole night, in the morning mix soda powder ,salt to the batter and pour a table spoon of oil over the rawa and pour a laddle full of batter over the tawa close a lid and roast in low flame only single side serve hot ground nut chutney.
