Ingredients Required:
beans: 1/4 kg
thuvar dhal: 100 grams
tamarind: one lemon size
sambar powder: 2 spoons
turmeric powder: 1 pinch
salt: according to your taste
mustard: 1/2 spoon
asafoetida: one pinch
oil: 1 spoon
Method of Preparation:
first wash the beans well and remove the fibre on both sides. cut them into slightly long pieces. soak the tamarind in warm water. wash thuvar dhal well, them add some water, beans pieces, one pinch turmeric powder and a little oil and bake them in the pressure cooker. after the pressure comes down, pour it into a vessel and add sambar powder and boil it.after some time add the squeezed tamarind juice. after it is boiled, add curry leaf and boil. after it due boiling switch off the stove. put a small pan on the stove. put a small pan on the stove with some oil after the oil boils put mustard and after it bursts, add asafoetida and add it to the sambar
