Ingredients Required:
beans: 1/4 kg
dry chillies: 2 nos
tamarind: a marble size
mustard: 1 spoon for seasoning
grated coconut: 5 spoons
jaggery: 1 marble size
oil: for seasoning
salt: as per your taste.
Method of Preparation:
fry the beans till it becomes red. then fry chillies slightly. add the other items and little water and grind them in a mixie. the beans chutney is ready now.
