Aloo Poori is a good change in the menu. May not be good in terms of calories but excellent in taste. Simple to make and does not involve much of work.
I say that this is not good in terms of calories, because it is a deep fried item and lot of carbs included in it.
Ingredients:
-
Wheat flour-2cups
-
Potatoes-Medium sized-2

Red Chilli powder-2 table spoon
-
Coriander seeds powder-2 table spoon

Oil for frying
Method of Preparation
-
Boil the potatoes smash it completely after draining water.

-
Roll out into poori’s using rice flour to knead.

This can be used as both tiffin and also as meal course. Best with side dishes like aloo korma or pickles too.
