Ingredients:
wheat flour-1/4 kg
maida-1/4kg
potatoes-1/2kg
onions-3
salt to taste
oil-6 table spoons
green chillies-10
rice flour -little
cloves-5-6
cinnamon-1 inch
Method:
Mix 3 table spoons of oil ,salt,maida and wheat flour using water knead to soft dough like chapati dough allow to set for 2 hours.
Cook potatoes in pressure cooker remove drain all the water and smash the potatoes using smasher.
Run green chillies in to paste,powder both the cloves and cinnamon.Chop onions finely.In a pan take oil add the chopped onions to it cook till they turn transparent and add turmeric,
cloves and cinnamon powder,salt green chilli powder fry for a while remove form fire ,add the smashed potatoes and allow the mixture to cool stuffing is ready now ,make even sized balls from the dough and prepare big lemon sized balls out of the stuffing.
Roll into small poori from a ball place the stuffing in it close from all sides and press using rolling bin sprinkling rice flour for kneading paratas must be done and roasted on the tawa and served hot with little butter on the top.
