ADAI

ADAI Dosa is another verity of dosa using all pulses. It has a great taste and quick and easy to make. Certainly different from routine dosa
Ingredients:

  1. Boiled rice – 1 cup
  2. Red gram dhal 3/4 cup
  3. Bengal gram dhal 1/4 cup
  4. Black gram dhal –1/4 cup
  5. Cumin seeds- 1 table spoon
  6. Coriander seeds- 1 table spoon
  7. Red chilies-8
  8. Onions –2 finely chopped
  9. Curry and coriander leaves.
  10. Fresh coconut-little

Method:

  1. Powder red chilies, cumin and coriander seeds in the mixer.
  2. Soak dhal and rice for 6-8 hrs grind into smooth batter.
  3. Allow to ferment for the whole night.
  4. Next morning add the powder and finely chopped onions, salt, soda powder fresh coconut
  5. Pour dosa over the tawa,
  6. Roast and serve hot.
