Rice flour-2 cups

Roasted and powdered ground nuts-1/4cup

Green chillies-8-10

Curry and coriander leaves.

Fresh coconut-little

Oil-1/4 cup

Greated carrot-1

Salt to taste


Bengal gram dhal-2 table spoon

Method:Chop onions,green chillies must be turned to paste ,grate carrot.

In a broad vessel take rice flour, salt,chopped curry and coriander leaves, Bengal gram dhal, chopped onions,green chilli paste and mix welllater adding water mix the dough suitable to press with the hands.

Now take a plastic coated sheet apply oil to it and take one orange sized ball of the dough applying oil to the hand go on pressing the roti with the hand into round shape pour 1 table spoon of oil over it and put the roti on the tawa for frying roast evenly in medium flame ,serve hot with dry cocounut chutney  or curds.

For this rice roti you can add grated beetroot and even spinach also finely chopped.
